Tour Águila Returns to Dignity Health Sports Park with the Clásico Capitalino

PRIMETIME Sports announced that the anticipated and attractive Clásico Capitalino, the Mexico City Derby, between Club América and Pumas UNAM is coming to Dignity Health Sports Park on March 28 to kick off the 2020 Tour Águila.

 

Club América had a very successful 2019, winning Copa MX, Campeón de Campeones, and closing out the year by reaching the Liga MX Final. 

 

Pumas is one of the most popular clubs in Mexico, having won seven league titles and four international titles. Míchel Gonzalez, Pumas UNAM’s current coach, is starting his second tournament at the helm with a rejuvenated roster. 

 

The match is scheduled for Saturday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. PT at Dignity Health Sports Park, home of Major League Soccer’s most successful club, LA Galaxy. There will be a Fan Fest prior to the game starting at 2:30 p.m. PT featuring live music, food, team mascot, championship trophy and an autograph session by a Club América legend. The game will be broadcast on TUDN in the U.S. and Mexico.

 

Ticket pre-sale for LA Galaxy season ticket holders starts on Tuesday, January 14th at 10:00 a.m. PT and will be on sale to the general public on Thursday, January 16th at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets will be available at the stadium’s box office, usual retail locations, AXS.com, ticketon.com and dignityhealthsportspark.com.
