Accessibility
Accessible Parking
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities, including van accessible spaces. These spaces are reserved for vehicles displaying a current state issued disability placard or license plate. For ADA parking access, please use gates A, B or D.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating tickets can be purchased via the AXS app for events at Dignity Health Sports Park.

Alcohol
Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) to consume alcoholic beverages.
Outside alcoholic beverages will not be permitted within the venue.
We reserve the right to deny entry to guests that appear to be intoxicated.
There shall be a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase.
All guest who appears to be younger than the age of thirty-five (35) will be asked to show positive identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages.
We reserve the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) who is observed to be consuming alcohol on the premises or who appears to be visibly intoxicated.
Any intoxicated guests causing disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting the venue.
American Express Stadium Club
Located along the south endline, the American Express Stadium Club is an exclusive club available to Premium Members. The club offers a gourmet Chef’s Table Buffet and full bar.

Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in Dignity Health Sports Park.
Exceptions will be made for Services animals that are trained or in training.
A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and/or employees may be asked to escort the animal off premises.
Guests who need to escort a service animal to an animal relief area are allowed re-entry to the venue. All such guests are to notify a Guest Services Representative for re-entry.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for guests who submit a request a week prior to an event.

Open Captioning is available on our LED boards located on the South end of the stadium, above Section 104.
AXS App

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing tables are available in all restrooms through the stadium.
An additional private Nursing Room is available for guests. To access the Nursing Room, please visit our southeast Guest Services location (next to Garden Plaza).
Bag Policy
Dignity Health Sports Park and the LA Galaxy advise fans not to bring bags of any kind to the stadium for events.
Dignity Health Sports Park has implemented a policy that will limit the size and type of bags permitted to enter the stadium.
- Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags are permitted.
- Small Clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags.
- Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
- Exceptions will be made for Medical and Parental bags smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” and are required to go through a secondary security screening.
Banners and Signs
Signs, Flags, Banners, Posters, and Pamphlets must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Item must be related to the event.
- Item may not exceed 3’ x 4’ in dimension.
- Item may not be attached to a stick or pole.
- Item may not obstruct any sponsors or advertising signage.
- Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by management.
- Item cannot use language or display symbols or images that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including but not limited to the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation.
- Item cannot depict acts of violence.
- Item cannot display symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue or government action.
- Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests, while on property.
Bike Racks
Bikes racks are available to guest on a limited basis.
Bike racks are located outside the Main entrance in Lot 15.
Additional bike racks are located outside the Southeast Gate.
Bottles and Cans
Bottles made from glass, ceramic, aluminum, or metals of any kind are prohibited.
Unfrozen sealed factory water bottles no larger than 32oz are allowed.
Empty plastic reusable water bottles are allowed within the venue. Water bottles may not exceed 32oz.
Box Office
- Our Main Box Office, located near Legends Plaza, is open Wednesday – Friday 10 AM till 4 PM and on event days 4 hours prior to event start time.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted at the Box Office. Cash is no longer accepted.
- All tickets will be delivered digitally via the AXS app. No paper tickets will be issued.
- Children under two years of age will be admitted without a ticket and will be required to remain seated in the lap of their guardian. If the child has reached their second birthday, they must have a ticket.

Cashless
Dignity Health Sports Park is a cashless venue.
Dignity Health Sports Park has installed reverse ATMs to facilitate onsite cashless transactions.
A reverse ATM is installed outside the Southwest Box Office.
Additional reverse ATMs are installed across Section 110/11 and 132.
Cameras
Unless otherwise specified by the teams and/or event officials/management, guests may not bring professional photographic equipment into the facility.
Guests are also prohibited from engaging in commercial photography of any kind.
The following is a partial list of prohibited camera equipment: Flash photography, Monopods, Tripods, cameras with interchangeable lenses, and cameras with lenses greater than 3 ½” inches in length.
Teams and/or event officials/management may have additional rules further restricting or prohibiting photography.
Children’s Admission
For sporting events, children under 2 years of age will be admitted to Dignity Health Sports Park without a ticket providing they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat.
Any child 2 years of age and older will require a ticket to enter the venue.

Dress Code
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive language and/or images.
- Guests are required to wear shoes while inside the facility.
- Guests wearing clothing deemed inappropriate by building management will be denied access to the facility.
- Dignity Health Sports Park prohibits the wearing of masks or costumes covering the face while passing through stadium security upon entry, on the concourse and at all concession/merchandise locations. Additionally, costume pieces (e.g., shoulder pads or props) that do not conceal identity may be worn, but must pass through stadium metal detectors and are subject to further security screening.
Drones
- For the safety of our guest, Dignity Health Sports Park is a NO DRONE ZONE.
- Drones, Remote Aircrafts, or Unmanned Aircraft Systems are not permitted on or above the venues property.
- This includes around or above the venue or surrounding parking lots.
Carson Municipal Code 41603: Unless otherwise exempt under this Chapter, no person shall fly, deploy, or launch drones in airspace below four hundred (400) feet within a half mile of any large venue special event, including but not limited to any Carson stadium, public parks, public facilities, including Cal State University Dominguez Hills sports facilities during large venue special events. (Ord. 15- 1569, § 1)
Ejections
- Dignity Health Sports Park is committed to a safe and friendly environment. Guests who are found to be in violation of the venues Code of Conduct may be subject to immediate ejection without refund.
- Dignity Health Sports Park reserves the right to revoke an event admission ticket at any moment.
- Ejections may result in loss of ticket privileges for future games and the revocation of season tickets.
- Ejections may also be in violation of California and/or City ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
Electronic Devices
Electronic devices such as tablets and laptops are allowed within the venue.
Laptop bags and other electronic carrying cases must adhere to the Clear Bag Policy.
Elevators
For guests with seating in the Upper Deck (226-238), an elevator is available on the northeast corner of the venue across from Section 127.
For guests with Field Side seating, an elevator is available on the south side of the venue across from Section 140.
For guests with Upper Concourse Suites, an elevator is available across from Sections 111/112.
Entrances
There are four (4) main entrances available to all ticketed guests. Locations are as follows:
- Main Entrance: Located on the Southwest corner of the venue across from Legends Plaza.
- Northwest Entrance: Located near the Northwest Box Office across from parking Lot 10.
- Northeast Entrance: Located across from Lot 13 and Driveway D.
- Southeast Entrance: Located across from Lot 6
Entry to the Field of Play
We will not tolerate guests who may in any way enter or attempt to enter the field or playing surface without permission. Any guest attempting such an action will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
Exit and Re-entry
Dignity Health Sports Park has a “No Re-entry” policy during events.
Face Coverings
Dignity Health Sports Park prohibits the wearing of masks or costumes covering the face while passing through stadium security upon entry, on the concourse, at all concession/merchandise locations and in the seating bowl.

Lost and Found
- All lost and found items will be turned into Guest Services during events or at the conclusion. All lost and found inquiries during the event should be forwarded to Guest Services. At the end of the event, Guest Services will turn in all unclaimed lost and found items to the Security Department.
- After events, guests wishing to inquire about the recovery of lost items are directed to telephone the Security Department directly, positively identifying the item, presenting a valid photo identification card, and signing a receipt.
- The Security Department may be contacted at 310-630-2044.
- After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be released to charitable organizations.
Lost Children and Guests
- Guests are encouraged to contact the nearest team member if there is a lost party member during an event.
- The Guest Services booth is located on the southeast corner of the venue near the Garden Plaza.

Nursing Room
- To access the Nursing Room, please visit our southeast Guest Services location (next to Garden Plaza).
- The Nursing Room offers a changing table, electrical outlets, and a shared refrigerator.
- Both electric and manual pumps are allowed inside the stadium. Exceptions to the clear bag policy will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the entry gate.
Open Captioning Service
Open Captioning is available on our LED boards located on the South end of the stadium, above Section 104.
Outside Food and Beverage
- Guests may not bring food and beverage into the facility during events. The only exceptions are small snack items, i.e. a small pack of nuts, plastic bottled water, candy bars, small bag of chips, etc.
- Food or beverages deemed necessary due to a special dietary need, religious requirement, or medical condition may be approved in advance by the Guest Services Department.
- Guests may not bring glass bottles or aluminum cans into the facility. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the facility or return them to their vehicles. Guest Services will not check-in any food or beverage items

Prohibited Items
- Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Sticks (including selfie sticks), inflatable objects, laser pointers, flammable objects, stun guns, fireworks, lawn furniture, spray bottles, sports bottles, beach balls, football helmets, frisbees, musical instruments, boomerangs, knifes, mace, pepper spray, chains, ballons, sports balls, water guns, rollerblades, skates, scooters, noise-making devices, and umbrellas.
- Non-clear bags such as purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size
- Objects with sharp edges or tips, including all metal and hard plastic costume accessories are not allowed inside the venue.
- All items are subject to search and may not be admitted.
- Simulated weapons of any kind.
- Props constructed from hard plastic or metal materials.
Restrooms
- Restrooms are located along both the West and East concourse.
- Additional Family Restrooms can be found on the Northeast corner adjacent to the Team Store and on the Southwest corner across Section 105.
Rideshare
For most events, drop-off and pick-up is via Gate A off Avalon Blvd and 184th Street.
Seat Cushions
Seat cushions are permitted but cannot contain any pockets, zippers, compartments or metal.
Security Inspections
- All guests entering the stadium during an event are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection
- Handheld metal detectors may be used at the time of inspection.
- Security personnel will conduct their inspections with respect toward the guests' dignity and legal rights. In no circumstance shall the inspections be conducted in a discriminatory manner or pattern
Sensory Inclusion
- Sensory Kits with fidget tools and noise reduction headphones are available upon request (at no cost by leaving an ID) at Guest Services.
- A Sensory Room is available to guests who are seeking a controlled setting for quick decompression.
- Please visit our Guest Services booth located on the southeast corner of the venue near the Garden Plaza.
Smoking
- Dignity Health Sports Park is a non-smoking venue.
- Cigarettes, cigars, or electronic smoking devices are not allowed to be used within the premises.
Stadium Map
Strollers
- Strollers are permitted within the venue.
- We ask that strollers are not left unattended throughout the venue.
- For the safety of our guest, strollers are not allowed in the seating area.
- Strollers are to be checked into Guest Services, located on the Southeast corner of the venue.
Team Store
- The LA Galaxy Team Store offers a wide selection of soccer merchandise, new Galaxy team jerseys, plus the widest selection of Official Licensed team merchandise.
- Team Store opens at Parking Gates on LA Galaxy game days.
- Team Store General Hours: Wednesday – Saturday 10 AM till 5 PM
- Team Store Location: The store is located next to the Southwest Box Office at the Main Entrance, at Avalon Blvd and East 184th Street.

Ticket Scalping / Re-Selling of Tickets
- Ticket scalping is against the law and will not be permitted in and around the property. Violators will be reported to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department.
- In addition, in accordance with the California Penal Code Section 346, guests may not sell their unused tickets to others in and around the facility.
- California Penal Code Section 346: "Any person who, without the written permission of the owner or operator of the property on which an entertainment event is to be held or is being held, sells a ticket of admission to the entertainment event, which was obtained for the purpose of resale, at any price which is in excess of the price that is printed or endorsed upon the ticket, while on the grounds of or in the stadium, arena, theater, or other place where an event for which admission tickets are sold is to be held or is being held, is guilty of a misdemeanor."
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are not permitted within the venue.
Video/Audio Recording Devices
Guests may not bring any types of professional audio/video recording devices into the facility. These devices include but are not limited to, video camcorders, audio recording devices, etc.
Water Fountains
- Water fountains and water bottle refill stations can be found near the following locations:
- Across from Section 108, 115, 129, and 135.
Weapons
- Guest, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into Dignity Health Sports Park.
- Dignity Health Sports Park does not provide weapon lockers and will not check weapons into the venue.
- Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc.
