Accessibility Information
Dignity Health Sports Park recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates.
Dignity Health Sports Park provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services. Please Contact Us with any further questions.
Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs escorts are available for Dignity Health Sports Park guests who require assistance. Request for wheelchair escorts can be placed with a Guest Service Representative at any entrance gate. Wheelchairs are based on availability and are not available for use throughout the event.
Service Animals
Service animals that are trained or in training are allowed to enter during events.
A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Guests who need to escort a service animal to an animal relief area are allowed re-entry to the facility. All such guests are to notify the Guest Services Manager prior to exiting the facility so that their ticket can be stamped or initialed.
Open Captioning
For sporting events, Dignity Health Sports Park provides Open Captioning for all in-stadium PA announcements. Open Captioning is located on the south ribbon board above section 104. Guests may also visit our Guest Services location at the SE corner of the stadium to receive a QR code to enable the captioning for their browser-based mobile devices.
Sign Language Interpreters
Dignity Health Sports Park is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please Contact Us for more information or to request interpretation services for a particular event.

- Adjustable interior lighting, ensuring the perfect ambiance for relaxation and comfort.
- Padded rocking chairs and bean bag seating, offering a soothing motion and a soft, enveloping feel.
- Pillows and sensory boards, to offer various tactile experiences and aid in sensory regulation.
Sensory Kits Include:
- Fidget cubes and stress relief balls, designed to help with focus and stress relief.
- Noise reduction headphones, to help mitigate the impact of loud noises during events.
Our ongoing enhancements to sensory-friendly accommodations aim to significantly improve accessibility and enjoyment for all attendees, particularly for those challenged by the sensory dynamics of live sports events.
