The StubHub Center bag policy will be in effect this Saturday, Aug. 26 for the WBO Junior Middleweight World Championship between Miguel Cotto and Yoshihiro "El Maestrito" Kamegai.

To continue improving safety measures for all fans, StubHub Center implemented a policy that will limit the size and type of bags permitted to enter the stadium. This policy, which enhances stadium safety and expedites entry to the stadium, applies to all events hosted at any of the StubHub Center venues.

StubHub Center advises fans not to bring bags of any kind to the stadium. Only bags that adhere to the below standards will be allowed in StubHub Center:

    • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar)
    • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags

*Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items into StubHub Center include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Kamegai is known as one of the highest-action fighters in the sport having engaged in a fight of the year candidate against Jesus "Renuente" Soto Karass in 2016 and taking champions and contenders including Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero, Alfonso Gomez and Johan "El Terrible" Perez into deep water.

Cotto vs. Kamegai, a 12-round fight for the vacant WBO World Junior Middleweight Championship, is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and Miguel Cotto Promotions in association with Teiken Promotions and sponsored by Tecate "BORN BOLD".
