The Women In Entertainment Luncheon 2016

The sold-out Women in Entertainment Luncheon celebrates women in Film, TV, Music, Sports and Fashion for a third consecutive year

CARSON, Calif. (Monday, June 13, 2016) -­ The sold-out third Annual Women in Entertainment Luncheon Presented by City National Bank, StubHub, Coca Cola, and One Hope Wine celebrating women in Film, TV, Music, Sports, and Fashion will take place on Friday, June 17, 2016 at StubHub Center as the top female executives in the entertainment industry and celebrity talent gather for a networking and empowering afternoon. The event is hosted by the StubHub Center Foundation, National Association of Black Female Executives in Media & Entertainment (NABFEME) and Women Helping Women in Entertainment.

The Women in Entertainment Luncheon Presented by City National Bank, StubHub, Coca Cola, and One Hope Wine, will kick off with a private shopping opportunity, Coca-Cola Press Lounge, and Treat Yourself Lounge.

The event will be highlighted by a special panel featuring entertainment executives Sarah Moshman (Director, The Empowerment Project Film), Zuriel Oduwole (Film Director, The world¹s youngest award winning Director) Jaclyn Johnson (Creator, CREATE & CULTIVATE), Shavone Charles (Instagram Communications, Music & Culture), Michele Kajiwara (Vice President, AEG Premium Seating), Mandana ³Mondi² Nahed (Vice President, West Coast BizBash Media), Jennifer M. Lynch (Vice President, Paramount Pictures Corporate Social Responsibility) and Pat Shields (President of Black Dot, LLC.).

The festivities will also feature a live performance by Lydia René performing songs from her debut album "Vintage Heart" and celebrity DJ Jiji Sweet from 102.3 KJLH radio.

All attendees will receive a VIP gift bag and private shopping opportunity with the Sugarcloth Pop-Up store.  The new popular Sugarcloth store is committed to the modern hippie music festival lifestyle and will be bringing a rich assortment of product, featuring one-of-a-kind recycled vintage apparel and home goods, tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, and accessories.

Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in the Toast of Artistry, a fresh way to socialize while creating a unique piece of take home art. Guests will also get a special look at The Empowerment Project film trailer, the incredible journey of a crew of female filmmakers driving across America to encourage, empower, and inspire the next generation of strong women to go after their career ambitions.

The event welcome will include opening statements from Katie Pandolfo (General Manager, StubHub Center) Melissa Ben-Ishay (Owner, Baked by Melissa),Tamala Lewis (Senior Director, StubHub Center Community Affairs & Foundation), and Darlene Kiyan (Executive Director, Girls, Inc. Los Angeles).
