PRIMETIME Sports announces sellout for Club América vs. Pumas UNAM match on Oct. 8 at Dignity Health Sports Park

PRIMETIME Sports announced today that the Mexico City Derby between Club América and Pumas UNAM on Friday, Oct. 8 at Dignity Health Sports Park is sold out.

 

Fans without tickets are highly discouraged from showing up at Dignity Health Sports Park for the Oct. 8 match.

 

Fans attending the Club América vs. Pumas UNAM match at Dignity Health Sports Park on Friday, Oct. 8 should plan to arrive to the stadium by 5:00 p.m. PT or they will risk missing the start of the match. The Fan Fest on Friday will start at 2:30 p.m. PT and will feature live music, food, a mascot appearance, a championship trophy display and an autograph session from Club América legend Zague. 

 

Fans should be ready to present their COVID-19 vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test result at the gate. The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health’s order requires all guests ages 12 and over at Dignity Health Sports Park events to provide ONE of the following in order to be admitted to the stadium:

 

  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (with matching photo ID for guests 18 and over) OR
  • Negative COVID-19 viral test results within 72 hours of event start time (with matching photo ID for guests 18 and over)

 

These requirements will go into effect at Dignity Health Sports Park beginning with the Club América vs. Pumas UNAM match on Friday, Oct. 8 and will remain in effect until further notice. 

 

Additionally, Dignity Health Sports Park will offer on-site testing services at Lot 10 and Lot 17 to fans who do not provide proof of vaccination status or negative COVID-19 test results at the gate.

Acceptable forms of COVID-19 vaccination proof are a CDC vaccination card, a photocopy of the card or a photo of the card on a mobile device. Acceptable forms of negative test results are printed documents from the test provider/laboratory or an email or text message from the test provider/laboratory displayed on a mobile device. Self-attestation is not a permitted method for verification of vaccination or test result.

Face Coverings

All guests at Dignity Health Sports Park will be required to wear a face mask except while actively eating or drinking.

 

Stadium Parking
Parking gates A and D for Friday’s match will open at 1:00 p.m. PT. All other parking gates will open at 3:30 p.m. PT. Fans parking onsite are encouraged to arrive early. General Admission parking is $25. Please enter via Gate B off of Avalon Blvd., Gate E off of Victoria St., Gates G and H off of Central Ave. or Gate I off of University Dr for general admission parking.

 

Bag Policy
The stadium’s clear bag policy remains in effect. Fans are encouraged to avoid bringing a bag for a more efficient and contactless ingress experience. Click on the following links for more information on the bag policy, including prohibited items.

 

Cashless Experience
Dignity Health Sports Park is working to minimize contact as much as possible and has provided reverse ATMs to convert cash to prepaid cards, which fans are able to use outside the stadium as well. Reverse ATMs are located in Legends Plaza outside of the stadium and on the East and West Concourses inside the stadium.

 

Tailgating

Tailgating is prohibited for Friday’s match at Dignity Health Sports Park.

  • 1:00 p.m. PT: Parking Gates Open (Gate A and D)
  • 4:00 p.m. PT: Media Gates Open (Northwest Entrance)
  • 4:30 p.m. PT: All Regular Stadium Gates Open
  • 6:30 p.m. PT: Club América vs. Pumas UNAM

  

Vaccination Clinic

LA County and AltaMed PACE will be providing vaccination services during the Fan Fest for all those who wish to get vaccinated on Friday, Oct. 8 ahead of the Club América vs. Pumas UNAM match. LA County’s vaccination clinic will run from 4:00 p.m. PT until 8:00 p.m. PT at the Northeast tailgate area of Dignity Health Sports Park.
