The single-game knockout match will face the winner of Monterrey and Chicago Fire in the semifinal.
Club América and Columbus Crew last met in the 2024 Campeones Cup, where Las Águilas won on penalties. The Crew are looking to win a second Leagues Cup title in three years having won the 2024 tournament.
