Dymally International Jazz & Arts Festival
The Dymally International Jazz & Arts Festival (DIJAF) uses music and art to promote cultural enrichment throughout the Southern California Region and global education at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). The event serves as an annual fundraiser to support Dymally Institute and CSUDH students. The proceeds from DIJAF benefit the Dymally Fellows, Sisters United and Presidential Scholars programs. The festival hosts two jazz festival stages and a visual art pavilion in a stadium setting. This 4th annual festival will be held, April 29th, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 10 p.m., at Dignity Health Sports Park (Tennis Stadium) on the campus of Cal State Dominguez Hills.
The main stage will feature Lalah Hathaway, Marcus Miller, Euge Groove, Down to the Bone and Jazz in Pink. The second stage will also feature top International acts. It is a day-long festival hosting inspiring music, great art, food and high quality specialty vendors in a great atmosphere.
Doors open at 1 p.m.
General parking is $30.
