adidas Becomes Title Sponsor of adidas Track Classic
Annual Home Depot Center Meet To Be Held May 22

Portland, OR/Carson, CA - April 21, 2005.  adidas and AEG announced today that the global designer, developer and marketer of athletic footwear will become title sponsor of the adidas Track Classic, formerly known as The Home Depot Center Invitational as part of a multi-year sponsorship agreement.  The popular, annual event, now in its third year, will feature over 80 of the world's top male and female athletes, competing in a variety of track and field disciplines.  It will take place on May 22, 2005 at The Home Depot Center, on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills, in Carson, California.

The competition will include 2004 Olympic medal winners such as Maurice Greene, Allyson Felix and Jeremy Wariner. The adidas Track Classic is part of the USA Track & Field Visa Championship Series, which is an elite series of world class Track & Field competitions taking place across the United States.
